The Heartline Cafe’ is a family owned and operated restaurant which hosts guests from all corners of the globe from all walks of life, yet maintains a casual and friendly ambiance. Open 7 nights a week for dinner and daily from 8 A.M. to 3 P.M. for breakfast and lunch and 5 p. m. till 9:30 for dinner.
First class service and fine food has been the focus since the restaurants’ inception in 1991, see our History to learn more about Phyllis and Charles Cline, but look for them in the restaurant while you’re there because they don’t hand off the work to “staff”, they are there in the trenches with an eye on quality control at every turn.patio dining
The Heartline Cafe uses the finest ingredients available. Nothing comes from the freezer, can or bag. Everything is made from “scratch”. Our beef is USDA Prime Colorado Angus with no hormones or antibiotics. Poultry is free range organic. Produce and fish are delivered daily to insure freshness. There are no microwave ovens or fryers on the premise. Sometimes, we may “86” or run out of a menu item. That’s because we stock only the quantity we believe we will use immediately as we do not warehouse food. We hope you understand.
