Heartline Cafe’ Presented with 2011 Customer Service Excellence Award
Each year, Sedona Chamber of Commerce members nominate and select one business to receive the Customer Services Excellence Award. It is based on the Chamber member having provided notable Customer Service during the previous year. Seven members received nominations, including Briar Patch Inn, Tlaquepaque Toy Town, Golden Goose Cafe & Bistro, The Picture Window, Chic Salon and Heartline Cafe’. With more than 33% of the vote, Heartline Cafe, owned by Phyllis and Chuck Cline, were selected.Congratulations to the Heartline for recognizing that excellent customer service plays a crucial role in a business’ success, as well as for being cited by their fellow members for this.
Mystical Sedona; home of The Heartline Cafe for 20 years. During this time, the Heartline Cafe has been serving award winning cuisine in its beautiful main dining room, patio and Fireside room. It is set amidst luscious gardens, with a spectacular view of Sedona’s world famous red rock mountains. The Heartline Cafe serves breakfast and lunch at our unique Gourmet Market, and dinner in our exquisite dining room. The Heartline Cafe features an extensive wine list, and the wait staff is meticulously trained to provide superior service, assuring a fine dining experience. The Heartline Logo comes from the Zuni Indian symbol for long life, luck, and good health. The word Cafe’ in the title indicates a casual, intimate atmosphere. But don’t be fooled by the name, the food is world class culinary art.
